How to allow camera and screen recording on this computer
Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen & System Audio Recording → turn on Google Chrome (or Microsoft Edge), then quit and reopen the browser. Turn it on under Camera and Microphone too.
Windows: Settings → Privacy & security → Camera and Microphone → turn on "Let desktop apps access your camera" and the same for the microphone. Screen sharing needs no setting on Windows.

Share your camera and screen
Your browser will ask for your camera, then for your screen. Choose Entire screen when it asks what to share. The timer starts once both are on.
